LIVE CBSE Board Exams 2026: Following a two-day vacation on March 3 and 4 due to the Holi festival, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will resume Class 10 and Class 12 board exams today. Exams for Class 10 will take place from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM in Sindhi, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese, Kannada, and Kokborok. Students in class 12 will show up for the psychology paper at the same time.

LIVE 2026 CBSE Board Exams: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will resume Class 10 and Class 12 board exams today after taking a two-day break on March 3 and 4 due to the Holi festival. Class 10 exams will be held in Sindhi, Malayalam, Odia, Assamese, Kannada, and Kokborok from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Class 12 students will arrive at the same time for the psychology paper.
There won’t be any testing in the Middle East today, though. The board will evaluate the situation and make the required decisions on the tests, which are scheduled to start on March 7.
Students have been instructed to closely monitor official announcements and to stay in touch with their particular institutions for developments.
Over 43 lakh students took the board exams this year, with over 25 lakh in Class 10 and roughly 18.5 lakh in Class 12. The exams started on February 17. Class 12 applicants took exams in Biotechnology, Entrepreneurship, Engineering Graphics, and Business Studies on the first day, while Class 10 students took Mathematics (Basic) and Mathematics (Standard).
In light of traffic conditions, CBSE has recommended students to arrive at their exam locations well in advance. At 10 AM, entry will abruptly close.
Exams for Classes 10 and 12 will end on March 10 and April 10, respectively. Students are enrolled in 120 subjects in Class 12 and 83 subjects in Class 10.
