I look forward to dinner all day long when I know we are having this. The leftovers are much nicer, as you can probably imagine, so you can look forward to lunch the following day as well.

You can make it in the Instant Pot or on the stovetop, and to produce a lovely, creamy sauce, you may use an immersion blender or a standard blender. I prefer to use the baked chicken meatballs I frequently have on hand, but using some store-bought meatballs would be a tasty and simple way to truly lock in the SOS goodness. It’s the ideal simple fall recipe.

Although there are many spices on the list, the good news is that you most likely already have them all, and measuring them and cooking them into something amazing just takes two minutes or less.
